• Illegal activity, including theft, vandalism, or fraud

3. Off-Platform Activity

Matchouse is designed to support safe, verified interactions. Taking service requests or property deals off-platform undermines the trust and fairness we work hard to maintain.

Avoid:

• Redirecting clients to external platforms
• Exchanging contact info to bypass lead connections
• Circumventing the system to avoid verification or lead tracking

Continued abuse may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

4. Payments and Pricing

We value transparency and control. Matchouse does not take commission on what you earn.

Service professionals:

• Can pay per lead or subscribe monthly for access.
• Must provide honest, clear pricing when quoting clients.
• Should only engage in fair and accurate lead interactions.

Estate agents and landlords:

• Can list properties for free.
• Must ensure property details are accurate and up to date.

5. Reviews & Reputation

Your profile is your brand. Consistency, professionalism, and communication will help you grow.

• Complete services as promised
• Communicate delays or changes in advance
• Encourage clients to leave honest reviews
• Avoid cancelling or ignoring active connections without cause

A strong review history builds trust, increases visibility, and helps you win more work.

6. Account Standards

To maintain a trustworthy platform:

• You must be 18+ years old
• You must have legal rights to work or offer services
• Only one account per person/business is allowed
• Profiles must include a real name and a clear profile photo

Misuse, impersonation, or false representation may lead to permanent suspension.

7. Identity & Verification

Verified profiles help create safer connections. All professionals and agents are encouraged to complete ID verification to build trust.

You may also request ID verification from another user if their profile is not verified. Profiles without proper details or fake information may be restricted or removed.
