Matchouse has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Last updated: 18 August 2026

Our standard

Users must not use Matchouse to create, upload, share, distribute, solicit, promote, or facilitate content or behaviour involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

CSAE means content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. CSAM means any visual depiction involving a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. CSAM is illegal and is prohibited on Matchouse.

Prohibited conduct

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, altered, or computer-generated depictions
  • Grooming or attempting to sexually exploit a child
  • Sexualisation of minors or inappropriate sexual interaction involving a minor
  • Sextortion, threats, or blackmail involving a minor
  • Child trafficking, solicitation, or commercial sexual exploitation
  • Any content or behaviour that promotes, facilitates, requests, or normalises child sexual abuse or exploitation

How to report a concern

In the Matchouse app, open Account settings → Child safety and submit the in-app report form. Include the relevant profile, message, listing, or account reference and a clear description of the concern.

Do not download, save, forward, or re-upload suspected CSAM. Report the location or identifiers of the content instead. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.

How Matchouse responds

Prioritise

Child-safety reports are treated as high priority and routed for safety review.

Protect

Matchouse may restrict access to reported content or accounts while a concern is assessed.

Enforce

Where a violation is confirmed, Matchouse may remove content and suspend or permanently terminate accounts.

Escalate

Matchouse preserves relevant records where legally required and reports confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the appropriate regional authority in accordance with applicable law.
